Abstract:ObjectiveTo develop an HPLC method for determination of schisandrin in Gubenkechuan Tablet.MethodsThe schisandrin was determined by HPLC with a C18 column(200 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) and detected at 250 nm. The mobile phase was methanol -water(47∶53), the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. ResultsThe regression equation for schisandrin was Y=1 119 324.3x-15.94,r=0.999 98 and the linear range was 0.64~3.2 μg(n=6,RSD=0.44%).The average recovery of schisandrin was 100.64%.ConclusionThe method is sensitive,rapid and accurate for the determination of schisandrin in Gubenkechuan Tablet.
