Abstract:ObjectiveTo develop a new method for determination of the content of dehydrocavidine in Corydalis saxicola Bunting.MethodsThe content of dehydrocavidine in C. saxicola Bunting was determined by RP-HPLC,using acetonitrile-water(V∶V=50∶50, 0.34% potassium dihydrogen phosphate and 0.17% sodium lauryl sulfate ) as mobile phase,1 ml/min, with 347 nm of detection wavelength, the temperature was 20℃. The injection volume was 20 μl and the external standard was used. ResultsThe linear range was within 0.140 4~2.808 μg and the correlation cofficient was 0.999 98.The average recovery and RSD were 98.8%,99.4%,99.3%and 1.27%,1.11%,1.06%, respectively.ConclusionThe method is simple, accurate, specific and precised. It is suitable for the the quality control of the Corydalis saxicola Bunting.
