Abstract:ObjectiveTo prepare Qingyikang cream and to establish its quality control method.MethodsAppropriate base was selected to prepared the type creams; with the rutin as the evaluating index and the content of total flavonoids was determined by spectrophotometry and its stability was reviewed as well.ResultsThe selected base was suitable,the quality was stable.The linear range of rutin was 7.92~47.52 μg/ml(r=0.999 7),and the average recovery was 98.35%.ConclusionThe preparation procedure for Qingyikang cream is feasible,and the quality control method is simple and feasible.
