【摘要】 目的探讨黄芪多糖(APS)改善糖尿病KKAy小鼠视网膜病变的作用及机理。方法将KKAy(n=16)和C57BL/6J(n=20)小鼠随机分为:对照(C)组,糖尿病(KK)组,糖尿病APS治疗(K+A)组。检测小鼠一般情况、血糖水平、血胰岛素水平及视网膜组织中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的表达。结果治疗8周后,K+A组血糖降低,胰岛素敏感性增强,视网膜组织中TNF-α表达降低(P<0.05 vs KK)。结论APS能改善糖尿病KKAy小鼠视网膜病变,其机制与减轻TNF-α表达,改善胰岛素抵抗有关。
