HPLC Determination of Tanshinone ⅡA in Jingutongxiao Pills
Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish an HPLC method for the determination of thanshinone ⅡA in Jingutongxiao Pills. Methods Chloroform-methanol (4∶1) was used as the solvent to prepare the samples. ODS-C18 was used as stationary phase. Methanol-water (80∶20) was used as the fluid phase. The flow rate was 0.8 ml/min. The detection wavelength was 270 nm. Quantitatively analytic method was external standard means. Results The resolution was 1.8, RSD was 1.59%. The average recovery was 104.6%. Conclusion The results showed the method has good resolution precision and accuracy. The method can be used for the quality control of Jingutongxiao Pills.
