Abstract:ObjectiveTo provide scientific basis for exploiting new resource of Syringa oblata Lind1., the regularity of change on syringopicroside in leaves of S.oblata with its different months and sites was studied. MethodsHPLC method was applied to measure the content of syringopicroside in different months and parts. ResultsThe syringopicroside in leaves of S. oblata. in different stages and parts may have regular changes in content. ConclusionThe results of the study can provide references for the production, establishing the quality standard and the selection of optimum harvesting time of S. oblata Lind1.
