Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish a standard of controling the quality of Sanhuang oil.MethodsThe determination was carried out by GC.Chromatographic conditions were 10% PEG20M as a stationary phase.The length of the column was 3 m. Flame ionization detector. The carrier gas was Nitrogen.The column temperature was 150℃.ResultsThe linear relationship was good in the range of 1.0~5.0 mg/ml .The average recovery was 100.7%,and the RSD was 1.5%.ConclusionThis method is simple,convenient,rapid,accurate and reliable.This method can be used to control the quality of Sanhuang Oil.
