Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the chemical components of the essential oil from the Angelica acutiloba Kitag of Yanbian region in Jilin. Methods The essential oil of the Angelica acutiloba Kitag was extracted by SFE-CO2 and by the silica gel column separately, the GC-MS method was used for the analysis of extracts.Results The SFE-CO2 extracted the yellow brown oil, the rate was 0.9%. 30 components were identified which represented 65.66% of the total essential oil includding 9.12-Octadecadienoic acid, ethyl ester and ect. 11 components were identified which represented 85.1% of the total essential oil by the silica gel column separately.Conclusion 10 components were identified which included Bicyclo (6,3,0) undeca-dien-3-one, 5,5-dimethyl ect. of the essential oil from Angelica acutiloba Kitag were analyzed for the first time. The SFE-CO2 extracted the volatile oil chemistry composition in the Angelica acutiloba Kitag that withdraws with traditional method have already shown the marked difference.
